- Only unused, undamaged merchandise with all components and hardware as originally provided to you, will be authorized for return. All returns are subject to inspection and acceptance by Circle D Transmission.
- Circle D Transmission will only accept returns of purchases made directly from us or our web site.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior return merchandise authorization provided by Circle D Transmission.
- We do not accept returns after ninety days from the original ship date from Circle D Transmission.
- Any return that we accept is subject to a restocking charge of up to 20% of the original cost.
- Please package your return appropriately and keep a record of tracking numbers and shipping dates. Insure the package as needed, as we can only issue credit for returns that we receive. We advise you to ship your return via a major commercial shipping company that can provide you with shipping status and tracing information.
Lost or Damaged Items
- Inspect items that you receive from us upon arrival for any damage or missing items.
- If there is any box damage, please take appropriate pictures.
- Please contact us for any insurance claims assistance.
