6L80 (Two-Piece) 4-5-6 Billet Shaft & Hub for use with Powerglide-style, 45-tooth frictions & 4-5-6 Clutch Kit, Level 3

• Two-Piece Shaft & Hub. Billet Intermediate Shaft is precision machined from 300M alloy steel & heat treated for additional strength & durability. The shaft is manufactured according to CDT Specs to address the weaknesses in the stock shaft. Billet 4-5-6 Clutch Hub is made from 4140HTSR billet steel. The hub is manufactured according to CDT Specs to address the weaknesses in the stock hub and to also improve lubrication. The hub is designed for use with Powerglide-style, 45-tooth frictions. This shaft is designed for use without OE dampner.

• 4-5-6 Clutch Kit offers 50% more clutch apply area than stock. G3® friction material is formulated to achieve minimal wear and maximize heat resistance. Lindered is a chemical and heat treatment process that hardens the steel, which results in less wear. Hi-Per Blue® Pistons are manufactured with upgraded High Performance Blue AEM material for superior thermal and chemical resistance, with better fit and performance.
