Assessment

This involves an initial road test to ascertain any performance problems while on the road. After the road test, your vehicle is carefully inspected and diagnosed by one of our ASE Certified technicians. Rest assured that a complete and accurate diagnosis of your transmission malfunction is our top priority.

Recommended Services

After our technicians have examined your vehicle, we will review their assessment with you and decide on the best course of action for the problem at hand. If your transmission, transfer case and/or differential requires rebuilding, with your approval, it will be removed from the vehicle and disassembled for an exact cost. Don’t forget, your authorization is required for any recommended repairs.

Completion of repairs and Road testing

Once all repairs are completed, your vehicle is road tested and externally examined to ensure the job was completed to our standards.
