Glen said that you are one of the driving forces behind the website so I wanted to let you know how awesome I think it is. I found y'all simply by doing a distance search around my work and I am so thankful I ended up there. When I landed on the site I had already called my usual shop where I take my car, but I was looking at closer possibilities and also maybe someone who actually specialized in transmissions. After reading your site I was content that my car would be safe with y'all and that you represented my best chance to get a few more years out of this car.

What I really liked:

• Staff profiles...helps to make people feel they know y'all and also showcases your level of experience, which is a big differentiator for you. Leaves the feeling of a family business that cares about the employees and their families...a stable company that cares and will care about my family.
• Nice company history and proven track record.
• ATRA/ASE/BBB gives people a greater level of confidence

Also, the towing company you're working with is really professional and helpful. My tow guy was named Jack and he was great - and since they were the first folks I met who were somewhat connected to y'all it was good that they represented themselves well.
