I want to express my gratitude to you, Sherry, David and the others who worked on our Chevy Van on Friday. You were kind, understanding, efficient and competent. We made it to North Carolina Saturday evening in time to visit with my sister and her family before the funeral of my brother-in-law on Sunday afternoon. You made that possible for us.

I could not believe it possible to drive into a transmission repair shop at 12:00 noon on Friday and drive away with a newly repaired and rebuilt transmission at 5:30 P.M. But, you did it, the impossible. I hope you will thank Bucks Towing Service for me for the referral to you. I failed to get the man's name but he will remember me at the rest stop about 120 miles west of Houston. I have not found a Texan I did not like. You and your staff have kept my record perfect.
