The telephone conversation with Glenn and the follow up of a fax with a total cost quote of $2,686.83 for rebuilding my transmission on my car has been accepted by me. Mr. Glenn has outlined the problem of the transmission repair and parts to my satisfaction. He has been very helpful to me in a very professional way. As a Swiss - American, being the President of the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce in Houston, I have been approached by many of my members with the question: where do I go to fix my car with transmission problems. My answer was always, I have no idea, I never had a transmission problem. The only transmission problem I ever had, was with fax transmission, money transmission and e-mail transmission. Once my car stopped doing what it is supposed to do, driving me around because of the "darn Transmission". A friend came to my rescue and gave me an extra car that he had in his garage so I could get around, until I checked out all the transmission shops in Houston; yeah, what a pain. I got all sorts of offers from $1,500.00 to the sky high. So I started to investigate all the transmission shops in Houston, all the while I had the gar parked in my garagefor one month. Finally, after sorting through all the inforamtion at my hand, I made my decision based on your company's records to repair my transmission. So, if i am going to be a satisfied customer, now I know the answer to the question, "where can I fix my darn transmission".
