The pump and valve body are also upgraded to exclusive CDT specs. ***Circle D Custom 300M Billet Shaft***
It’s finally here...after a solid year of R&D Circle D's Custom Billet 4-5-6 hub & shaft assembly is ready for you. The shaft is CNC machined from 300M material and the clutch hub is 4140 material, then heat treated and stress relieved for maximum durability. This is not just an OEM replacement, it uses our "Super Drum" clutch pack, which is equivalent to 10 OE clutches, OE is just 6. They are Carbon based friction plates and Nitrided Steels and we still use an extra thick Apply Plate and End Plate so no compromises on coning. This is a 70% clutch apply surface area improvement over stock, huge improvement.
Below is information about our upgraded 6L80E transmission. This is a procedure that we can do on a low mileage vehicle (normally 25,000 miles or less) that has not had a major failure that would require a rebuild. We disassemble the transmission, perform an inspection, clean and make our custom modifications.

Mathematically, these upgraded clutch packs average about 600 HP. We have been successful with 600 HP vehicles that install our upgrades and have proper transmission tuning.
We modify pump and calibrate valve body to Circle D specifications. If the transmission does not have the latest valve body & pump they will need to be replaced; normally pre 2009.
These shells come spun welded from the factory. We do additional welding on these components to strengthen them.
Proper tuning of the transmission pressures, shift points and lock-up apply are all major components to ensure that the vehicle can handle additional HP. There is not one tune that meets every vehicle’s needs. We can review your vehicle’s tune and make suggestions or changes. Charges for this service vary upon application and prices range from $200-$500.
